I started BalansCo because I’ve lived through the problems that we’re trying to solve. For years, I’ve battled exhausting periods, watched too many people I care about endure stress, anxiety and depression, and it was heartbreaking to see people being overwhelmed, isolated and fighting against their bodies just to feel ‘okay’.
Sadly, modern life is designed to disrupt our inner balance; endless screens, odd eating, chronic stress, and quick fixes have made imbalance our new normal. Most solutions today are synthetic, which only suppress what we feel, never truly addressing it. It’s a cycle: sleep aids that numb, energy boosters that crash, and a growing catalogue of products to manage each new symptom.
